The Ingage Process: Overview
The Ingage Process has three sequential stages: Awaken, Ignite, and Engage.
These stages mirror standard consulting protocols—up front organizational canvassing, interactive workshops, analyzing and presenting outputs, creative ideation, developing action plans, and keeping tabs on implementation. Their nuance and deliverables, however, are markedly different and may well provide the best ROI you have ever made.
Let's take a brief look at each stage.
Awaken: We gain a tactile understanding of your organization’s current state through interviews, surveys, and walking your leaders through the Engagement Drivers tool set.
Ignite: We then run your teams through the Engagement Drivers and aggregate, analyze, and match patterns from them with your leader’s outputs, to generate the appropriate Culture Components—group mission statement, collective vision, values, beliefs, branding elements, etc.—per your desired scope.
Engage: Working with the respective departments as needed, we facilitate the implementation of processes and devices to enmesh the Culture Components into the operational fabric of your organization and brand.
