We aggregate and analyze these inputs to generate Culture Components—group mission statement, collective vision, values, beliefs, branding elements, etc. We then create processes and devices to instill these Components into your organizational fabric.
The Ingage Process serves as the basic framework for our offerings and is customized to fit your precise requirements.
Our deliverables can easily flex to accommodate whatever Culture Components and enabling systems may already be in place.
We price each stage of our process separately, based on your needs, and we can easily modify as required. Depending on the scope of your requirements our work will usually require between four to eight months to complete.
