The end result is the exact environment needed to bring out personal and team bests because its made by you and your people. And it is well worth the journey.
This requires commitment from your leadership, usually at different levels, and the right timing. You may just not want to be so bold right now. There may be other, more pressing issues that require your focus and resources.
