Karen Davis, Partner and Co-Founder

Karen has over 25 years' experience in managerial leadership in the business-to-business technology and services space. Her dynamic talents in business coaching and facilitation, marketing and business development have directly resulted in multi-fold increases in company revenue, profitability and valuation.

Karen's corporate-side experience and skills include:

• Executive leadership positions in organizations that grew from small entrepreneurial companies to acquisition by both public and private entities.
• Working with Fortune 1000 companies such as Cisco, IBM, Motorola, SAP, Agilent Technologies, Pfizer, PeopleSoft, Symbol Technologies, Thomson Corporation, Four Seasons Resorts, Hilton, Intrawest and Westin Hotels.
• A keen ability for coaching talent and engaging them with enthusiasm and excitement about their life and business. She has an intense value for a team-oriented culture and diversity of people and perspectives. 
• Expertise in building long-lasting business and personal partnerships that stand the test of time. Proven ability to effectively forge strong interpersonal alliances and motivate others at all levels, both within and outside organizations.
• Ability to clearly articulate objectives using both analytical thinking, reference to facts and best practices. Innately strong emotional intelligence and business savvy create adaptability in goal-oriented, fast paced environments.

From an entrepreneurial standpoint, Karen started her own executive coaching company in 2006, prior to co-founding Ingage. She is an avid life-long learner and is currently a student of the Ontological Approach to Coaching and anticipates earning her Professional Coaching Certificate in June of 2012. Karen's passion is working with the people within organizations to build strong relationships, positively impact lives and guide teams to success.

Karen has served on several boards and is committed to giving back to her profession and the world by volunteering for non-profit organizations or crusading for a 'cause' on an annual basis. Karen lives near Boulder, Colorado with her two fascinating teenagers who serve as her inspiration each and every day.
