Karen Davis
For more than 20 years, Karen has been successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives for business-to-business corporations. With a rich and varied background in managerial leadership, branding, marketing and sales, Karen has led long-range projects for small-to mid-sized businesses as well as large enterprises.
Karen's corporate-side experience and skills include:
- Executive leadership positions in organizations that grew from small entrepreneurial companies to acquisition by both public and private entities.
- Working with Fortune 1000 companies such as IBM, Motorola, SAP, Agilent Technologies, PeopleSoft, Symbol Technologies, Thomson Corporation, Four Seasons Resorts, Hilton, Intrawest and Westin Hotels.

From an entrepreneurial standpoint, Karen started her own retained sales and marketing consulting company in 2006, prior to joining Ingage. Karen's passion is working with the people within organizations to build strong relationships, positively impact lives and guide teams to success.
Karen lives near Boulder, Colorado with two fascinating teenagers who serve as her inspiration each and every day.
